My Background

Welcome to my world of mindfulness and coaching.
 
I’m Fidelma Farley, and my journey to this practice began with my own struggles with anxiety, ill health, and a sense of unfulfillment.
 
These personal challenges led me to discover mindfulness and meditation, which profoundly transformed my life.
 
Over the years, I transitioned from being a university lecturer in Film Studies and Gender Studies to dedicating myself fully to helping others find clarity, ease, and purpose through mindfulness and coaching.

My Values

My academic background and extensive training in mindfulness and coaching have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to guide my clients effectively. I am an accredited mindfulness teacher with Breathworks, having undergone rigourous training in the UK. I now also train peope to become mindfulness teachers. Additionally, I have trained with the Irish Institute of Coaching, becoming an accredited Life Coach. My on-going education includes training in Coaching in Nature, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness and Buddhist teachings. As well as working with hundreds of individuals over the years, I’ve run courses and workshops for many organisations, including the Irish Heart Foundation, St. Vincent’s Hospital, Google, M.S. Ireland, and UCD School of Architecture.

In my practice, I offer a range of services designed to meet individual and group needs. I work online and in person, so you can choose which suits you best. Whether you are dealing with chronic health conditions, stress and anxiety, seeking to improve your relationship with food or to make an important decision, I provide tailored mindfulness and coaching sessions, workshops and courses. I also offer mindful coaching in nature, drawing on the calming effects of the natural environment to enhance your clarity and creative thinking. All the services I offer are available through Irish.

My mission is to help people live in a way that enhances their physical and mental health and brings meaning to their lives. I aim to encourage and support you to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, clarity and confidence. By fostering a deeper connection with your inner self, I help you create a life of greater freedom and choice.

Integrity, kindness and clarity are the core values that guide my practice. I believe in being honest and transparent, providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. My approach is grounded in kindness, empathy and compassion, ensuring that you feel deeply heard and understood. Collaboration is important to me, so that I can support and enable you to take an active approach to your wellbeing. I strive to communicate clearly and effectively, allowing you to develop your own clarity about your life and the changes you want to implement.
