Mindfulness for Eating

Many people struggle with unhealthy eating habits, including emotional eating, stress-related eating, yo-yo dieting and a negative relationship with food, which can lead to guilt and dissatisfaction.

The mindful eating sessions with me are more focussed on why and how you eat, rather than what you eat. You will learn to distinguish between physical hunger and emotional triggers, and develop a healthier, more enjoyable relationship with food.

Through mindful eating you’ll feel more peace and freedom around food and eating, leading to improved physical and mental health and a kinder relationship to yourself and your body.

I also run online and in-person group courses and workshops. See the Events page, or get in touch for more information.
