Monthly Mindfulness Meetup

Give yourself the gift of an hour of meditation, mindfulness and compassion that takes place the last Wednesday of each month. You can come for the meditation alone, or stay for the discussion and additional short meditation. There’s no charge, and donations to M.S. Ireland are very welcome.
